* removed client-side pmove_fixed

* removed cvar admin

* revised administrator commands

* added persistant IP-based mute

* revised persistant IP-based ban

* banned IPs and muted IPs are stored in the special files in game directory and persist through server spawns

* added ban log which can be viewed by admins

* added mute log which can be viewed by admins

* body shot does not change spectator view anymore

* backward follow cycle if WALK button is held

* switch to free spectator on pressing JUMP

* when g_persistScore 1, player score still reset if player goes spect

* g_timeSpan applied only on newly connected players

* auth system disabled (need revision)

* players are not moved to spect if gametype changed from TDM to CTF

* freeze shader is white only

* added several restrictions to player names. server replaces empty or doubled names.

* added restriction for only existing map names in callvote.

* added deaths on efreeze scoreboard

* added anti-warp (need more testing)

* the "following ..." string resized and moved to the lower right conner (on top of the status bar)

* added roll command (generates random number 0-99 and prints it)

* added callvote shuffle option (shuffle teams)

* ready command toggles ready status

* player movement was revised to be more synchronized through clients and has a lesser dependency on packet losses (should make hapier laggers). player movements now synchronized on a 10ms boundary.

* some internal not visible changes
sounds very good, but is there an option to avoid the spawnfrags?by mentioning it here i thought at the spawnsystem of ng, if im right:p

spawn system of ng isnt perfect and its highly annoying :P

shield system sucks too, coz theres 0.1 s than u cant shot, but u already can be killed.




Now it's all about reflex and luck
the spawn logic needs revision. we need to create a discussion what factors the new spawn logic shall be based on.
Maybe something similar like on e+ mod? there is another spawn protect system.
apart from the unsolved spawnsystem i really appreciate your work atrey!so far i like the new version, although i only played it once :)
