Did anyone try ChallengeQ3 or ioquake3?

ive tried to connect to .31 servers on ioquake3 on Mac OS but no luck. It is in 1.321/1.30 so I cant connect to 1.31 servers. Unless wheres away of connecting to .31 servers.
