There is a match. Nuclear VS DR.

 

Nuclear was late, and they don't wanna be forfeited. DR wanna play so they don't want Nuclear to be forfeited.

Rules are rules. Both teams are not respecting rules. What is next? CW at any time? No need to use punkbuster? Teams of 8 v 4?

Dura lex, sed lex. As both teams didn't respect the rules, both should suffer consequences.

Referees, do your job!

We are angry too cause :



1 - Nuclear was ONE hour late !!! We accepted to play anyway (we didn't wait one whole hour for NOTHING, try to understand us) But it's not correct !



2 - They asked us to play on a polish server. FFS each time we play vs a team that comes mainly from poland, they ask us to play on their fucking server ! Should I ask everyone to play on a french server too ? Is it normal ? There are many other people than polish peeps in efreeze, guys !



3 - Everyone is angry against us coz we played a match THAT WAS DECIDED A LONG TIME BEFORE ! If league is badly planned, it's not my team's fault. How could we allow a league to be played on a server dedicated to another league ???? If people wants to make a league, it has to open a new server, that's all !



4 - About complaining, kicking, baning during the game : it's just booooring. We are in cw, we need to read useful informations in top left corner, not only swearing



After one whole month without playing a cw, I come to play just one time coz I don't work exceptionnally tomorrow at 200 km from here, and the whole night is only composed of bullshits. If you want to remove fun guys, you're in the good way...

OK, I had additionnal informations which were disclosed to me only after joining the so-called match.

It seems that Thomas already straightened out most of it.

==> Nuclear was late.
==> Even so, DR wanted to continue the match.
==> Adam, as a referee, declared the match could continue.

I hate pointing out somebody as guilty, but it seems that here, Adam made a really bad decision. Maybe his tight connections with nuclear team badly impacted his judgement? In any case, I'm truely disappointed by this decision Adam (just to make things clear, i'm talking about Adam/Adam, not Cheetos/Adam).

By making such wrongful choices, you disappointed a great many of them, most of whom have daily works, which begin on monday, and therefore are not students anymore which means they can not really afford to lose their few spare hours a week in waiting in a lobby for a game. I can only hope that in the future you will understand such statement and, as an administrator - somebody supposed to define rules and enforce them for the greater fun of the whole community - you will not pick on a choice out of the blue (or out of your personal preferences, to make it simpler).]

I'm also very disappointed by some other players behaviours in this community. When joining the so-called match, a great many players jumped on me, and one of them: Nuclear'przeti (pardon me if spelling is incorrect but I have no idea what his nickname means) called my mother names. This guy seems to have no problems in expressing his harsh feelings in english, even in his own simple version of english, so I guess he's sort of educated. Of course, it seems that yet again education strongly differs from maturity and I can only encourage his team to help him reason better on how to express what he thinks.

 

Winning by forfeit has no interest for us, we are playing quake to have fun, not to loose our nights while waiting other disrespectful teams to win some fucking stupid points.



Everyone in DR has reserved this night to play, everyone was on time, everyone was ready to play BEFORE THE SPECIFIED TIME. After half hour of waiting without any information, they finally came to say us that the cw will be at 8GMT instead of 7GMT. So we waited one more half hour. We did nothing wrong.



You can't blame us to want to fight. We have shown up enough proof of fair play and honesty to have the right to play. It was THEIR fault if they were late, it was THEIR deicison to play at 8GMT, in spite of your clan war.



Adam has the worst role : he can't satisfy everyone. In that case, DR has done the best of it to allow the match to be played, it would have been unfair to say us "Ok you ve lost your night, good night guys". But I 100% agree that, for the same reasons, you deserved to play too.

i would hate to interupt guys i know you don't know me but i must agree with the fact that turning up for a clan war an hour late takes the piss. it angers me to hear this because there is no point requesting a server if your not going to show up anyway.

but look on the brite side they hisitated to show up because they fear you.........

About MNET league...



We didn't force them to make such an event. They wanted to do it, and they accepted to do it. Without server, it s a really hard job, and it requires a lot of organisation. Tonight it was a good example of problem that can happen when you want to make matchs without servers.



But we won't create such a problem anymore. We took the decision to leave Magnetic league.

Arguing will not change anything ... Polaks are just lame (few exceptions), get used to it ...

You're a bit rude, none, but it's true that being 1 hour late for the whole clan is maybe not a problem for them, but for us it is...

Wish you quit the league a few hours earlyer so we can continue our planned CW.

I left before the end, but when I left it was 2 - 0 to Nuclear I think. I can not guarantee this is teh trooth, though ;-)

 

They won, but there is no relation with our leaving. We are a bit sucky for 2 months, but we accept it.



No, we are leaving because fraggednation is a really good system, and is enough for us. I wish every clan tries it.

As we see, just shorty ( who doesnt play ) is paying for servers. mhm, and stk has DE server too, u can ask 'em if you're powerful When i played, they had ultimate efreeze on their server ( beta, 1.01,1.02, 1.1.2, 1.2.0 )

 

 

Another thing:

Magnetic has their own server, but they wanted to make multinational league, so i allowed em to play on fn servers.
They could make league on pl server, and _only_ for polaks ( due to pings others probably won't sign in ).

there's proverb/byword/adage in poland: they wanted do something good for everybody, but it went wrong as always

 

And im still waiting for level3 and teliasonera connections to my pl server.

We had a precious match Miss vs 333, at 9PM.

Nuclear was late but had priority on us? Moreover, DR doesnt seem to care about mgnet league since they finally leave.

That was the last cw for weeks i could play and i was enjoying playing a hard match vs Miss, now im just pissed off.

Before 333 got their own servers, ill ask Shorty to give me all admin righs on his servers so this wont happen again, more, we should have another FN admin, and im sure one of 333 clan would be happy to do so.

Now hf men, and mooO.

Finally, the fact that there is only one FN server has played his dramatic role.

We come to the question once again. The question of having several community servers. At least two. I think many can donate. This is not as expensive.

Leagues always were more prio than fn matches on my servers But know, there's just one server and its harder.

 

Talking about community server is senseless. Look back in the future. Everyone is talking, but who is paying? Shorty, Sari, Mari, some RUS guys, i probably dont know they, and lots of polaks. Yea, we are poor and still can buy q3 server. Thats strange

Difference is one: For stk it was "there's league match, 30secs for leaving", for you, bartek was talking a few minutes about that and i saw it in console.

The last time we could make a match on DFT serv. I'm personally trust all the 333 players in this matter. And I know that others can trust miss-ers too.
The thing I'm trying to say that it would be great for such bad cases as it was yesterday to have an access pass to DFT.

One solution : One server per league or tournament, once for all.



If people wants to start a league or a tournament, it has to be sure to have a dedicated server. (or they have to give up)



Concerning priorities, 333 hasn't priority over others, and as long as a server is public, even the owner should respect people who is playing on it. And Shorty doesn't really care about this server, it seems. This server will be closed as soon as the 6 months he paid will be over.



And finally, about paying a community server, I'm not against. But the management of a public account would be problematic. Maybe a paypal account...

today fraggednation doublebooked us on the server. We had a 2v2 match on the server but on the same time VD had a war vs RW. 20 gmt

btw rafgie persist to stop our match even tho everyone was in spect. We were ready to start but he stayed in and didnt want to leave, very childish. I dont understand why these kind of players have the rcon of the server...

I dont say 333 has a priority of any sort, im saying your match was @ 8pm ours @ 9pm, and you just pushed it to 9 and still have priority, thats sounds unfair.

We did nothing, nuclear did. I insist on the fact we were on time, and nuclear said us (after arriving half late) that the cw was at 8. We never took any decision in this conflict, except the fact we refused to play on a polish server. (we accepted it too often)

Anyway I agree you, it wasn't normal.

adam go 2 msn. i didnt see u there more then 3 weeks. i can and i wanna pay 4 hosting, about which we spoke.

FN rcon > doesnt work, coz somebody was trying to brute force password, so bug of q3 engine turned it completely off, just admin works, didnt i give admin to you or any other 333?

DFT > dunno, it's going password/non-password automatically, maybe some kind of bug/packet loss

Efreeze still has sucky log system, if we ( or atrey ) will make it more detailable (as im saying so long time), i can give rcon to more ppl.
I am admin of many servers for so long time, and i know there was peaceful time when nobody had bedzie rcon, when i gave it to insy ( i like and believe him ), ppl started to complain, coz he was like a real policeman. Anyway, he was doing good and hard job.

I still can make webinterface for rcon with php/mysql-based logs ( logs who kicked who, etc ), but i need time, i in general have no time

Yeah, Adam, giving it to insy proved good, i will never forget the time when he banned me, when i was in spec using 333evol nick, when in fact, the real 333evol, my friend/my clan mate, was in the server, and he didn't mind if i used his nick those few minutes he said. But ofc since insa hates me, he banned me for fun anyway. Give it to active and decent people like 333 instead...Or to me, since i am the biggest supporter of this mod by playing it non-stopp since it came, i believe i am the only one never taken a break, and i would never abuse it, cheaters only shall pay the prize...I never abused it when u gave it to me adam, except from when i played 2vs2 with you, changing capturelimit from 10 to 15, then back to 10 again when my team reached 10

Anyway, i'm happy if u give it to 333s only.

well, i dont know how that looks in other countries, but in poland, money transfers to other countries arent cheap. Im thinkin about paypal account or something like this. If you dont organize urself, i'll help in january :-)
