WeeD Server 1st....and last birthday
Section: 1.32 Freeze Word | Started by: Fragbait | Date: 18/11/2006 03:07

Hi People,

The WeeD server was "born" on 21 November 05, so its about to reach the ripe old age of 1 year on 21 November 06, but unfortunately that is also the day it will cease to exist!

I hope that those people who used it enjoyed playing there during the last year as that was the reason I opened it (and cos it's UK based and I get a seriously low ping :P ).

Anyway, I didn't want the server to just disapear without letting people know, also wanted to say its not due to the 1.32 move but, in all honesty, more financially related.

Well, its been fun (for the majority of the time I hope).

Take care people

Baity

:( bye bye weed efreeze :(
Even though it had slow hook, i will still miss the low ping.
bye bye =(
tnx for this great server the last year man (o)
The server was great, probably the best around for me. (o)

 Hobbies

Some of my hobbies including playing guitar, bass guitar, and keyboard (not so much the last two, I tend to focus on guitar), traveling to remote regions of cyber space, blogging, watching films, reading, studying conspiracy theories, Rubik’s Cubing, ancient history, psychology and philosophy. Basically subjects that no one gives a fuck about interest me, I would like to become a historian or linguist, too bad there is no money in that. I would love to learn to play the sitar. I can code and script in C.. and I know some HTML. I waste way too much of my time denouncing organized religion. I read a lot, mainly on wikipedia (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Davin_Bacon), and the numerous science fiction, fantasy, historical, non-fiction books I can find that interest me. I also spend a lot of time alone in my room, sitting in front of my computer (which I built about eleven months ago). Moreover, I enjoy my solitude and isolation.

Welcome Davin Bacon

(seemingly he introduced himself in a rather long manner, so ill assume he's new here).

And by the way Davin, one (like me) could be interested in you writing your ten most favorite items for each given subject you listed instead of getting such an exhaustive list (which is still interesting anyway).

PS @ Dan: Here

I'll try and come later aswell, but either way me and razer have been playing some 1v1s, 2v2s on this nice server these last couple of days, it's a real shame the server is going, can't we just move it back to .31?
