Ok, to be sure, open quake then open the console: in the bottom right corner of the console you may see the q3 version:q3 1.32.

just looked then and it says 1.30 so the switcher aint turnin to 1.32 whys that then 1.32 is installed.

dl the switcher here, install it after installed 1.32 released in the right folder: c:/program files/quakeiii/
