I type this before! And it`s work. I have 50-70. But last week my ping up to 100-120 and dont fall dawn!!!

/rate 9000-11000
/cl_maxpackets 100
/cl_timenudge -10
/snaps 60

shouldnt do - i worked with some1 who owns it bussiness firm to make config...he said the lower the number the worse ++ 100 is the best..
just going by what he said + testing it i found it much better

i messed about with the settings and saw what u meant - in board it says its lower
but this is the more in-acturate compared to /cg_drawping 1 (cant be typed into quake -- added into cfg only) which is very accurate...and it shows (on mine at least) that its lower with settings i put
Soz if sounds like some form of boast but its just to clear up any confusement

Yeah it's changed a bit but ive realised that something in different conns can vary it --
if this doesnt work then only thing i could recommend is mess around with the rate a bit m8 (No higher than 26000 tho)

Well, nothing easier than to minimise the ping,
just connect you in an american, african or japanaese serveur instead of an european one, then you will see how it is like to play q3 with a good ping

i love my good ping and i only got a 150k conection+i live in england my ping is 45

Well you can minimize ping by using Intel Network cards .. they have special ping optimization process which in fact works.
But that NICs cost a lot of money.
