well i was like :o from it a bit and was wondering, anyone else pre-ordered or so? the day it arrives im gonna be playing the thing
non-stop so meh would be nice to know if im fragging any of u guys

not me, i'll buy it later, i read the best gaming pcs get 40-60 fps on full details on 800x600 - mine won't get anywhere near a decent fps so i'll just wait a bit and see if i can be arsed to buy new hardware for my pc.

to see if u can run q4 any got any idears were i can download a demo of it or wont that come out till closer to the date or relise

m8 i doubt there will be a demo..its less than 2weeks from release

and does the link not work or smthing? cos when i use it, it scans then i just get a page with :

and nothing underneath/around it - unless that means i can run it..Moahah

tbh im prolly gonna stay in both..cos remember u can always turn down the graphics etc on q4 if u cant run it....and it will still be better than q3s

well i'm sure gona buy it, but i dont know when yet. there is gona be some crazy copy protection on this game (somthing like the latest splintercell witch is not properly broken yet internet verivication), i want to know more about this protection cos some of those type of protections look to your pc spec's and when you try to play on a other pc they block that. sinds i want to (buy a new pc\do a big upgrade on the one i have now) i have to be sure that i can keep playing the game without having to buy a new copy then.

dam the only thing i was down on well i was down on disc space but for some reson it has not detected the d hard disc :S might go out for another stick of ram but im not thinking of getting the game any way till i play the demo and i kinda wana stay in 1.31 freeze nice peeps here who i would loose if i went to q4 ow well there wont be any cheats there and hopfully there will be a uk server there for me to get owned on

heh i have got 512 mb ram :/ I have 2x 256mb in dualchannel... maybe it helps

dont let you fool by recommended requirements, many games run smoother by console tweaking it a bit by reading some webpages (forums ect) then by following those requirements. the one 1 gb isnt the other 1 gb of ram ram timings have great influence on preformance to. i sugest just wait till the game comes out, play a bit with settings and then see how it runs.
