They sell weed just like in Amsterdam there, and no cops. And all buildings, small houses are painted with the colors of the rainbow, it was founded by hippies 1971
But ofc there are some laws: no violence, no weapons, no hard drugs and not allowed to build new houses.
But i highly recommend u to go there in spring or summer, when it's green, coz it's all like a garden
