stema.. when are you going to move your server to 1.32... with punkbuster... im up for it.. i am prob. one of the few with a copy of the game that didn't come off of a CD/R.

 

just wondering. how many others here want 1.32 with punkbuster??

We already had that discussion not long ago. But if ur interested, I prob stay on 1.31

I got both 1.31 and 1.32 But I rather like 1.31 coz it's smaller and you can make friends there, in 1.32 you rarely see the same people that you've met a few day's ago

i play sometimes 1.32 freeze but im a little bit disappointed cos of lack of instafreeze servers; i saw more instafreeze servs on 1.11 (full of bugs but still well crowded!)! The only crowded servers r on usa, but they lag a lot (at least for me).

And more important, i can say here we, 1.31 exp. europeans, have built a good community and im very very glad of that (thinking that 6 months ago eu instafreeze was poorer with just the (great) work of RUS clan/server); i cant now burn all we did,  i fear we could lose many players if moving now... cos im not sure of how many could migrate as well.

So i dont think i will migrate (maybe one test server in the future, dunno) at least as soon as this community seems to be so alive!

and to say the true...i dont care of cheaters!

Sometimes i come to 1.32, I love the punkbuster thing, but I cant find a nice
freeze server like stema's nor we can built a similar community as in 1.31 cus
of the huge amount of server's, i have to say for me quake isnt a special game,
but this community is cool, so I keep playing it. I've been screwing around with
pb servers on 1.31 for like 6 hours, cus tupac said he had one, anyone knows if
this is/was possible?

Lyor: u get that message becos u dont wait for it to fully load - if u cant w8 just click the stop button once u see the box at least - thn u can type with no problems

lol, what do you mean, fully load, by the time in finished typing, shouldnt it be finished loading ? Btw, my browser says: Gereed = Finished. Little bit of topic, but i have it all the time, no exceptions..Only when i push view html source it works..

No that's where you're going wrong. If you type right away the browser will still be loading and once it's done will erase all that's in the message field... Either wait for it to load 100% (you should be able to tell) or once you can see the box to type in just click stop... 

To whoever asked it above, its impossible to have punkbuster on 1.31.  One of my best friends works for Evenbalance and I asked him this like 4 months ago heh.  Bummer.

i dont like 1.32.....it is 2 big and punkbuster is annoying...we'd be better off here....there are more pros for 1.31 than pros for 1.32...that is all i can say

lol? punkbuster annoying? its just relax man..
maybe its 2 big.. but wit all seeying eye or the good ip's u can go to the good servers=-)

only prob will be the keys... but u can easy steal them from an internet cafe

the 1 bad thing about it is.. that u now know all the peepz from 1.31 made some friends and stuff... and none from 1.32.. that wud be the reason not 2 go i guess..
