how do i watch demos that i down load me and a my m8 kill mee are stuck we dont know what do do with them

First make sure they have .dm_67 on the end so u can view them...
Then put the demos into ur demo folder
The demo folder is in ur quake folder and then inside ur baseq3/freeze folder
if there is no folder called demos in either then just create one urself....
then put the demo in there
