I have a question that might be obvious for some but not for me, why aren't all servers 1.32 + PB ?
I'm sick and tired of noobs with auto / WH / whatever...

Then don't play.
I play for years now and almost don't notice cheaters. Thay appear very seldom.
They have already tried that switching to 1.32. But it didnt worked and to be honest its difficult to do. But problem aint that bad anwyays. All clan matches like Fraggednation and league matches are placed to 1.32 servers under PB control. So if someone feels to play with cheats in 1.31, it doesnt do any good to him. And above all of that, we 333's try to be awake in servers and if we see obvious cheater there, we do our action to kick or ban him.
Moving to 1.32 is tried many times and has failed. reasons?
1. people without key can't play on all PB servers.
2. people don't know how to find servers on 1.32
3. people don't want to play with pb because of the bad performance
4. people dont like 1.32 physics and network things that are slightly differend from 1.31
5. in the past freeze had many bugs in 1.32, now that is not a real argument anymore.
6. people don't follow the news on websites and dont know they have to go to 1.32
7. personal reasons
i haven't seen a lot of cheaters lately, we got a lot of admins nowadays and enough server choice to avoid them
