And not many people do have a better connection than me so these are bad results indeed.
I don't have problems shooting at 40 to 70 ping, but I have a lot of trouble hitting players with a ping that varies 30 ms. I've played for several years... there's no getting used to shooting through people.

I can understand where you're coming from, on 1.32 with a 34 ping i can feel some werid lag that isn't usually there when playing on public 1.31. I dunno why, but u have to click before the player is in your crosshair. I have the shooting through problem on 1.31 sometimes to. Tbh right now it's perfectly fine, or maybe it's cos i've been playing for a few months and have learned how to kill an target before clicking on him? lol have no idea, depends on the server I guess.
