unknown in holland as far as i know lol. Looks a bit like a 'bitterbal' but those are alot darker so I dunno..

the italian translation is "canederli", but we can call it knodel as well.


Its a winter north-italy dish, probably in the south they dont eat it.... and i like it very much!! :)
