Razer requested a ladder for us for efreeze, we need this vote to pass on clanbase so we need everyone's vote! I think it could lighten things up a bit in our community, since a clanwar once a year is getting kinda dull, once a month too actually.

Better translation:

"Efreeze jest dodatkiem do Quake3. Jest bardzo podobny do modu freeze tag, tyle że wszystkie bronie prócz railguna są wyłączone. Mod został stworzony z instafreezetagu. ( eFreeze )

and what do we win if we get approved ?

We win activity, fun, competition, a different way the community will work. I've emailed Sith Lord about that stuff, he hasn't replied, but he emailed me recently a freeze ladder closed because of inactivity, of course, this ladder was all weapons and I made clear we are playing insta freeze and if it will pass it will be active for sure. We'll have to wait till Sith Lord replies to get more info on the term of the vote, the amount of votes and so on.
