well i seen the demo earlyer and i dont find it look like UT 2004, its more a next Doom with is not a compliment if you ask me. not surreal enough if you ask me (in the meaning you move around like a real person not like in quake where you can jump high fall from great hights ect.) and in this topic i dont see things like orb come back some things i like in Quake 3. quake 4 in this demo looks like yet a other shooter like halflife, doom and CoD (gameplay of Cod). pitty cos i am just waiting for a simple game like quake not to mutch thinking and just shoot everything you can see and then grafix are not need to be super if the game is just fast and simple. but i think i'm the onley one who is thinking this way.
no u are not all of us that play q3 think like that that why we play it
q3a is the perfekt game. it run on old pcs and its pretty fast. it have simple weapons / gameplay and fast moving with many ways to trick.
i think q3a is a all time classic that will never die...
the deomo....hmmmzzz, i dont think that will be quake4... not with that kind of weapons... i want q3 with updated engine!
