So I've decided I will buy my own 24 slot server. It will be public and all the loonies and some friends who I trust will have the rcon password, the idea is that there will be someone around to kick cheaters or flaming people, of course if the rcon password will be abused, I'll change it and the abuser won't get it anymore. This server will be open for clanwars if I'm personally asked to make a clanwar server, I don't check my email to much because there's to much penis enlargement emails in it, which is really the last thing I need. Anyway, I'm not sure yet how I will configure it, but I think of it as a contribution of me to this community and above that, a step to reactivating my clan which has still not fought any clanwars even though we have 3 new members. And since I'm working my ass off, I have the money to pay for it. It will be online in 2 weeks at the latest, have fun in advance.

Others will have the rcon too so i will just upload a server config for clanwars and everyone with the rcon can change the server into a clanwar server. Btw, i don't want this to be misunderstood, it will not be a new pc i'm buying and run a server on it, it will be a server i will rent from my ISP: XS4ALL (so SPC, thanks for the recommendation, but I won't be deciding what NIC will be in the server PC). If you have 1.32 you can check your ping on XS4ALL, sort your quake on 1.32, punkbuster enabled, OSP, DUEL or CTF. Raz, i trust you, you're not in loonies but in WaR, good enough for me, and no i have enough money but thanks for the offer. I will have about 5 to 20 ping, but most of the NL guys will be something like that...

Ok it's time to get back to the topic... (Yea I know, I wouldn't have said that if I would be leading the posts.)
OK so it's up and running now, 24 slot public server running unpure on the old fashioned Freeze. I can add any map and added Overkill already, you can download it from this website. I am very in for changes so if there are any recommendations please just post them here and i'll consider changing them. Efreeze will be running on it as soon as possible but my FTP doesn't work (yet) so I can't upload any mod (yet). Have Fun!

Easy, Freeze was default when I received the info, I have to upload eFreeze to make that work.
