You can load the http://www.theonetrueway.com/q3a/maps/voice.pk3 for using nice new voices. The commands are:

I disabled the railjump, now it like freezeinstaunlagged ready to switch :P lol no, plz try it to make it perfekt and dont forget the voice.pk3 , i will put the q3sound4d.pk3 from hod tdm masters too on the server!!
