err when u in console u can just type whatever u want and press enter.
( ` is console) U can also go to setup -> controls to see what key is used for typing. Am i right mr. Cheeetos?

I'll admit to not knowing these so well as never used them (I'm a firm beliver (i think thats right spelling 
) that text is bettr than voice - as u can see quicker than u can hear (esp if u make the text huge and last long)
Enough bla bla I think the command is:
/vsay I'm Frozen!
or
/vsay Frozen
But it could be other (I think this is Spec's domain tbh
Yeah that's a form of talking, but I think he means how to use the 'I'm Frozen!' voice...
(Yes ` is console - the button below Esc)

Btw u give me more praise/credit than u should guys...so far theres not been many tough probs here - nice n easy stuffs (Still pissed at not fixin Lups thing.......m8 has no internet for a while bah + dont have his new number cos moved :/ - so will be a while soz Lup)
