it seems we don't have a server at the moment. 
I play on DFT (with good ping) and Weed/Bedzie (not so good ping) and at the moment, they are fine...
I am willing to contribute to a server, but we need to set strict rules about it.
1. where is it gonna be?
2. who has the responsibility / is "main-manager"?
3. who will contribute money to keep it running?
4. Who get's the passwords?
5. Maps/Score/ Kicking & Banning Rules on the server?
6. Other parameters, maybe have one 1vs1, one 20/20, one 333private! does this cost even more, how much more?
I noticed that in the end we had not so many players on the server, i think a bit due to not having the custom maps, and then it takes some time till the server is "refilled" with new players, cause they simply play on others. so maybe IF we get a server, make a bit less customs on it? and also the ping matters of course, the best ping available for all i guess would be in Ger/Nl/Fr/Aus depending on parameters i dont really know nor understand so let's discuss...
