Hello all,

this thread should be used to discuss any recruitment actvities...

To start with I name "Area51" a friend of spiral's from another mod. if he adopted well to efreeze, he would be a nice player, but lately I haven't seen him much, and new 333players must be very active in order to contribute. Do you know anything more spiral?

If any other names come to your mind, tell them...

Ya i havent seen him much either. He havent been active in IU either and dunno how active in cpma. I guess he likes to play only sometimes. He lost his interest to IU long ago like i did so i dont know his status. Better just wait and see how it is going. About other recruits, not many "free" players available. Unless we try to grap em from other clans.

Usually we don't do that. If somebody wants to change the clan and approaches us we can discuss it, but usually we don't approach persons which are happy in their clan and try to get/"Grab" them. At the moment there is no need I guess... Rather watch out for some potential

I think that for 333 its just as important that a player is active and involved with the community as that its a good player. Ir not active enought to judge people but no 333 member is just selected on skill.

Who is this Marek fellow - he is eager to join us?

Marek - I don't know him - he seems interested in us... Pro: he is young and has maybe much time to play and seems to develop skills fast - Contra: we don't know him that well yet - we will see if he's any good when we spectate/watch him a bit longer: we need to see his commitment (no joining other clans for a longer period) his manners (swearing/behaving towards other players especially when he suX) and his developing skill... if this is all positive, we can think about recruiting him.

new propositions:

r0bin. he re-entered q3. his skills are developing (former clans: s8 + ?) we know him for a longer time and he's a skilled and nice guy - isnt he? he will have no problems to find a good clan soon, so we should discuss him a bit more intensely

boomer. gotcha/bullet wanted him to join a while ago. Pro: he still has not joined any clan and he is currently on good skill + an older member of the community and a nice guy with over all good manners?! - Contra: english skills, and he's more of a quite person which is not that bad. playing skills is currently good but can he still develop/hold this form for a longer period?!

AAaaah! i know marek! we had lots of fun playing with the gaunt, he's a really nice person.

Though he had bad words with some people, i personaly like robin and hes skilled!

Wasnt boomy in ONI once? cant remember =S And, well, that man is really nice, quite indeed, but he has the *333 thing* imo.

I had a talk with rob asking him nonbinding/noncommittal what he thinks of 333, if he has joined another clan yet... He was interested/happy for asking. I said this won'T be "tomorrow" but i'll bring it into 333 discussion. i guess we should spec him a little longer and evaluate his skill & fitting in 333 a bit further... i guess a leader's mail is also in order, cause some seem a bit too lazy to get here

i like boomer, he is a nice guy and around for a long long time.

I like em all.. altought i dunno Marek so well yet. I would say yes for Boomer and maybe for Robin too. But how much we need to recruit? I know that Marek & Robin has interest of joining to 333 but... has Boomer asked?

Ive been playing a little bit lately and ive been impressed with Marek...he has impressive shooting skills. I dont know too much about him as a person..but he hasnt acted out of line so far. He has been respectful.

As for the others...i dont know so much about Robin...but its a no from me for boomer. And i honestly dont think we should recruit so much...if we got Marek, it would be fine.

i'd choose robin over marek, simply because I know him longer and i more sure about his skill...

well, from marek i dont have any contact and all... can anyone qualified check if he's "clean" - I dont have doubts about that nor any feeling that it is so, i just want to be sure

Robin would be safe bet cuz he can play 1.32 and he has played clan wars. I dunno about Marek and Boomer - can they? And umm... what for we are recruiting? I think we got lots of members, too bad that ppl are inactive tho. But I agree, only one recruit more if we do recruit.

first of all !

Boomer, i played with him in ONI. he was and he s again good of course ! he know how play in team too ! that was (boomer,impiro,toka etc.... and for sure he s skilled, old player and fun! for sure he never insult someone!

He dont speak too much use many smile but alaways say " Hi " !

Robin! he s a good mate since ages too! as u said andi former clan : s8, but before i was with him in MoQ and ONI too... finally i played with him in poT^.

unfortunatelly he became inactive in poT, and left eFreeze world to play at WoW (World of Warcraft) he wanted really stop quake!

and now since some days he play all days.... so i spoke with him about his activity in quake! he tell me he's back and play all days now... he's cool,skilled and respect others! i just hope he will be active if we recrute him!

coz he will be active if we say yes? one month later? that the question....

Marek, is a good guy too! but its again a new player in eFreeze! his movements are not alawys soo good i think he need train and show us he want really become a 333 members!

Well in my opinion that will be boomy and rob F1

and marek F2 atm but we must look for him about his evolution etc... if he want really join us etc...

well, I just threw some names into discussion to see what you guys think of them. From numbers of players we don't need recruiting, but as spiral said activeness is the big aspect in 333 as we're all older and got other things goin' on too I have watched the 333participation at clanwars for a long time now: there's some flaring up at times but only with the latest 333 team we always had enough members at clanwars! I am very happy about that! but I think 1 or maybe in time 2 players can't hurt the team.

Robin is really coming to ownage again - i saw him yesterday (psy, spi, tokz too) I'd recruit him if i was sure he's active all the time...

thx tokz for this view on boomer & marek, yes I think we should watch marek a while longer and give him time to show his "evolution" ...and boomer, well I am not sure, some points for him some against...

any others like to comment before I put a vote to leaders?

As you all know, i sent a demo were Marek cheats, and he admited it! What a shame, the guy is nice he just said he needed it as hes too noob, and he said he admires 333 and loonies....that is mess imo.

I love robin, but he acts as a kid sometimes, and had the insult easy, i think he has changed now, as he is always nice =D

Boomer: f1, exactly the 333 guy, except he doesnt speak much.

Robin could be the best recrutement atm... but who knows if he will stay active when he will now if we recrut him or not... thats why i dunno really....

to conlclude _BOLO_ could be a good recrutmeent too ....

penguin is back i think a lil too for CW he came at last 2 cws vs miss ....

maybe keep again some times to recrut, and wait again some weeks... dunno ....

Shaolin is a real good player, obscured by clouds sometimes but a real mind....unfortunatly he is unactive =/ snowman (t'was his nick in defrag) is a real 333 minded too: f1.

Robin keeps asking from me his recruit status. Looks like he really wants to join us. Btw, he mentioned yesterday that he was part of clans !111! and !222!. So !333! would be the last stop eh...? =D

shaolin maybe good, but i remember some problems with his behaviour and further more he's WOW addicted! he wont be active... so a no from me.

I add my 2 cents, just consider i refer to my past active presence in the community... cos im not active now the way i was in the past.

Cosnidering my memories its a no for robin and shao. They r both skilled but dunno i feel they r kids sometiems and arrogant. I dunno if i say that cos of they were in Pot (or s8 or whatever clan) but dunno i cant consider them as good 333 biddies. Of course thats just my impression: indeed i felt the same sometiems for Evol and Razer and look now...they r sweet! so i saw that ppl can change.I forgot robin in 111 and 222, lol! we rocked so much to have 2 accademies Satan and MadJack were in 222 too, where r they now?

As for boomer, well at the contrary he woudl be perfect for us as a person! yeah he is not a great talker (but well spiral was not a great talker as well when i first saw him in q3, and look now how important he is for the community ) but i think he is always polite and respectfull. The only problem is skills: i dont think he is a owner, he is a good player but nothing impressive (so far). So we just have to understand if we need him (for the group, for the community, for the skills) or not. Actually i think we have  many great guys for the community and the group, we could only add an owner more just in case our owners cant play all cws... I mean, he would have been perfect for us but now its not the right time.

no player-stealing of course he's good, but in my opinion he doesnt fit that well in 333. well just my opinion....

Tokz u need to explain why u dont want robin to join us. And for X-Man, yes he is skilled but as always, havent seen him requesting a joining us or other clan. And of course, personally i dont like to stealing players. So for now there is 3 players freelancing: Boomer, Robin and Shaolin. I would say yes only for robin cuz his skills are good and he seems to be commitment for us. Boomer in other hand is nice - never seen him laming and all of that thing.. but havent seen him requesting to join any clan either. So no for him now cuz we dont need lots of recruits. And for shao.. i dunno him well and i dont think he will be active in longer period.

To be honest, i cant remember far back enough to recall if Robin was such an arrogant kid or not...but i have seem him playing now (yes, when i was undercover) and he didnt seem to say anything out of turn..

Of course, if people have reservations, then we need to continue to monitor him whilst incognito.

I remember months and months back when i complained about his behaviour. Suddenly he took my advices carefully even i wasnt really focued only to him. Then after quite a while he said he has been working on his behaviour - just to please me i dunno but hes been better since that. And this was about long ago anyway - he didnt tried to please me with his trying to get in 333. But tryout could be nice - will see how it goes and well... we can always kick ppl who turns to be annoying to harrashing others. But i dont think so he will be like that. He is doing well now.

f2 from me, i was talking about it with andi few days ago on MSN, i dpon't want to repeat, but frankly speaking: looking at his past attitude/behaviour I would say he would not fit into our clan im mental way.



He used to be in ONI once and as far as i can recall he was not a person nor I neither the team could count/rely on. (Still he was a good player, now he seems to be even better). Maybe he has changed a bit, playing with him is fun, but still, i would vote no.



Maybe i might change my mind.. but now im f2.



boomer

He is a good player, he was in ONI. Now he play even better, not magnificent, but still good. During the clanwars he was perfect thawer which saved our lives many times. I mean it.


On the other hand, you say he is a calm player. I recall him having some big problems communicating with him. It was the language barrier. Firstly we didn't know that, but with some time you start to feel and know some more things about a player.



Anyways, Boomer is a cool guy, and if his language has improved to a good level of communication i would be f1 for a try out.

As it was mentioned, shao is a WoW addict, so he wouldn't get much time for us, as quake used to be just a relax for him between WoW sessions.



Still, shao is a cool player, he was also in ONI (huh!) and we didn't have much problems with him before he got addicted to WoW :P









I have been watching arena for some time also, and i have few proposals:

I don't know if you know that guy, i bet shiva remembers him from the 1v1freeze clan >. He used to be inactive for ages and just drop by once in a few months. But as he mentioned, he is going to play more recently. Personally I would give him a recriut status (if he would like one of course :X). Maybe its worth the shot.



BTW i have no idea about his level of english, but i guess it should be ok.

I don't know him much, I remember him just from the servers. I think he is new to efreeze (or maybe someone knows his old nick?). He seems to cope pretty well and he is also a nice guy. Look for him from time to time when he is online.



Last but no least:

Javeliner

He was in ONI almost as long as me, which should be enough for a recomendation, but you of course know Jave (or Raven). As far as i remember he was considered to be 333 for a few times, last one, he just went inactive. Now he seems to be back to the servers playing more and more often. He still has it i guess.



As for Jave, pls consider his recriutment without asking me for a 'vote'. I might me not objective. Although as you know, im f1 for him .

Ah, well, i think you all know sinik, an old weed member, he just argue and quited defenitly weeds. He's asking us to considerate taking him in 333, he asked loonies but no answers. My point of view is: He is a real cool man with true heavy skill---->f1 but we still have robin in try out and do we really need more?

I would say yes for Sinik, he seems to be cool dewd and good fit for our clan. He's nice with decent skills, 1.32 ability and he seems to be commitment for the joining the clan for longer period. Yes, at least tryout status from me

Ye sure i want to know the reason why he want to left WeeD coz its nightmare clan and they are many french in ... Tiv, sinik, nightmare chocolate etc.... so i dont understand why

morever he stopped eFreeze and played on 132 in other mod he just back for the league he will not be active anymore...

But why not see how that happend...

you all know monkey has been messing with the 333 tag for some time.... I just wanted to open the discussion if monkey would a recruitment for 333 or not. I am not sure what to think myself, cause sometimes his behaviour is hard to swallow, but he's fun, of course skilled and active - what do you all think?

He could be good addition but well... cant say.
