BASIC RULES:

- YOUR SCORE IS NOT IMPORTANT!!!
this is so important .. we all know u're one of the best player on the scene (unless u won't be in 333 ;D), but if u're watching on your score and want to be the first in clanwars, u already lost the point of everything .. as u know, if we'll have a good team play, ur score will probably be low, there's nothing wrong with it .. it's just a thing of a team play and if u did such a good job in it, u are the player we are looking for! We don't want an ego, high score players .. don't jump around the map alone and try to show ur skills .. (an example: u can kill 3 players alone (we know u're able to do that), but then someone suddenly shot u and he/she'll with no problem thaw his/her frozen bodies and it's like u haven't done nothing at all)

- BE SURE TO KNOW WHERE'S YOUR MEETING SPOT BEFORE U START THE MATCH OR RESPAWN
because field experiences showed that this is the easiest way to group as a team as fast as possible and with no confusions/chaos, be sure u'll know where the meeting spot is before we start the match or when u respawn .. meeting points for each teams will be spammed before the match, so u won't be able to miss that! Also notice that meeting spots can change during game play! U'll be informed some time before it will change! Check the "Meeting Spots in Pictures" section for almost all of 'em.
Also the most important rule here is: run to meeting spot as soon as possible (in continuing: asap), just run there, if someone is shooting at u, run run run, u'll find ur team there and he/she'll ran into a trap! Team will be always waiting u there at the beginning, so just run there asap!

- OBEY YOUR LEADER
every team have it's leader .. field experinces also showed here, that the leader is best option for a team .. be sure u're doing what leader is! If he/she'll stay in some room, do the same, don't go anywhere just spread a little in the room, if he/she'll guard thaws, spread a little on room, but don't leave him/her, stay in the same room! Guard paths that lead into the room (ok, don't just stand there so u'll be able to get killed easily) or protect them somehow.
Also notice that u can be a leader in a team too, everyone can be! If leader get frozen (and u're unable to unfreeze him), co-leader will take the lead and so on (for example: we have a team of dolphin, missy, nights and stema ..  let the dolphin be the first leader, missy the second, nights third and stema last .. so if dolphin will get frozen (he'll be unable to lead the team), missy will take control and lead the team, etc ... we'll practice this on trainings so don't worry and be present on them!) check the leader's and co-leaders rules also!

- AVOID 1V1, 1V2, ... FIGHTS
If there's no option for u to just avoid a 1v1 fight, then do it, but remember: it's always 50/50 .. never try to kill more players if u're alone .. if there are two and u kill one, he/she'll, for sure, want to thaw his/her mate, so this is ur time to go to the meeting spot and group with ur team (i know u want to badly kill the second player, but do it as it's said, have the discipline!) and later he/she'll for sure try to catch u (almost all do that, it's the human instinct) and u'll be with ur team mates (who'll win now?)

- NEVER LEAVE A TEAM FOR NO REASON
never do that, never!! u'll put urself and whole team in danger.. let me give u just an example, three of us are grouped playing our team play, then suddenly someone leaves us, there's only two of us left and he/she's also alone .. he/she can be easily killed and no one will thaw him/her, group is now weaker .. again, don't it!

just one more thing here guys .. please respect the team play! as u saw in trainings, team which was better organized was winning .. no matter what god like players had the other team, it was still the team play organization which prevails!
